when time freezes!!

It's always a pleasure to be with our family, which includes a notorious gang of cousins and friends and kill time chatting and pulling each others' leg. But, these have now become a rare occassion. we now happen to meet each other only during special events like marriages or other family functions. Perhaps, this is a new trend which has picked up, to show how life can make people busy!! However, these pleasures are momentary in nature. Before even we realise that we have shared a cherishable moment, time runs rapidly and we are back to our rouitne work. Then , these everlasting memories overwhelm our thought process that we would want those good old days to come back.

One of my very close cousins got married last week. Thanks to him for getting married on a week day...i was able to bunk college..hee...hee...infact i had taken leave for 4 whole days and my cousin began doubting if he was getting married or i was getting married!! Then i had to explain to him the strategies that i generally adopt to bunk classes. But, for once all of us were together and we spent some amazing moments with each other. Everyday we went out somewhere without even deciding where to go!! Ofcourse, beach was , and is, our favourite hangout place- A place, which i call as, "A place of pennyless enjoyment". I don remember a single joke that we cracked at that moment. But i, very clearly remember all of us laughing 24*7. No wonder, it is rightly said "laughter is the best medicine". Such episodes really refesh our mind and act as an energy booster!

It will definitely be great if such events happen in our lives frequently. But, reality is something different from our desires and we need to accept the former. However, considering a hypothetical situation, i have always wanted time to freeze when those sweet events take place and create a cushion of pleasant thoughts in my mind. It is heavenly to live with such memories. Ofcourse it is even more heavenly if these things happen in reality!!
